Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-demand periods or promotional sales, processing time may be slightly extended. We will notify you in advance if any significant delay occurs.

2. Shipping Area

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all states)
  • Mexico

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days 
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Orders over $50: Free Shipping
  • Orders under $50: Flat rate shipping of $fees

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

We will review and provide a replacement or solution.
